At Quantyzo Systems Ltd, client satisfaction is a top priority. We strive to provide high-quality software services and solutions. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund request arises. Please read our policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for services where no substantial work has been completed.
  • Any refund request must be made in writing within 7 days of project commencement or payment.
  • Refunds do not apply to completed or partially delivered projects, consultations, or downloadable digital products.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom software development once work has begun
  • Licensing or third-party service purchases on your behalf
  • Hourly or retainer-based consulting services already rendered

Cancellation by Client

  • If you choose to cancel a service before delivery has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus administrative and consultation fees).
  • For subscription-based services, cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Project Delays or Non-Delivery

  • If a project is delayed due to our error or failure to deliver agreed milestones, you may be entitled to a credit or partial refund at our discretion.
